We do not allow package ordering, so please bring what you need!
We will test your BAC (blood alcohol content,) if it’s above 0.3, our medical team may send you to the hospital to be stabilized for safety, before admitting you into our program. Please be advised all financial agreements are based on the individual’s policy and are strictly confidential. Sharing any financial agreements may result in administrative discharge. Please bring your insurance card, a copy of your ID, and your pharmacy insurance card if it is separate from your health insurance. Please bring a week’s worth of clothes in a carry-on size bag. We provide all hygiene and toiletries. If you have specific hygiene needs, please bring them in a brand-new and unopened package.
Do not bring anything containing alcohol or aerosol items (Cologne, hairspray, hand sanitizer, etc.) Do not bring any weapons or mace. Our staff will search your person and belongings upon admission into our program. Do not bring razors, or anything containing alcohol or aerosol items (Cologne, hairspray, hand sanitizer, etc.) We will provide hospital grade electric razors for your use. Do not bring any outside food or drinks. Do not bring large amounts of money/cash. If you smoke or vape, be sure to bring UNOPENED packages. We have flexible designated smoking times throughout the day. There will be no smoking from 11pm to 6am or if you are a fall risk. You can have your cellphone for a few hours a day, so when you get here it will need to be turned in to staff and will be checked out at the appropriate times.
Family visitation occurs Sundays from 6:30-8:30pm. Clients must get family visitors approved beforehand and will be responsible for updating families themselves. Your loved one will be assigned a therapist who will reach out to the emergency contact within 72 hours of admission. To protect the time of getting other individuals into treatment, please do not use this phone/text line to check in on your loved one, please await the therapist’s phone call. Thank you
Please be aware that we also have a Family Education Zoom Course every week led by a licensed Social Worker trained in boundaries, family coaching and Substance Use Disorder. Further information will be provided by the clinical team on how to access these zoom calls once your loved one admits into our program.
